Philip H Miller began the practice of law in Arlington, Virginia in June 1966, with Joseph Smyth. He
move to Staunton, Virginia in July 1967 to join Rudolph Bumgardner, Jr. and has continuously practiced is Staunton since that time. He is a former County Attorney for Augusta County.

Phil practices as a business and real estate attorney. His specialties include but are not limited to real estate matters, both residential and complex commercial transactions, condominium creation, corporate transactions, including formation of entities and acquiring and selling businesses and foreclosures.
